**This is a 2-person package special!!** **This course consists of two 4-hour classroom sessions and a range qualification day** **Fingerprinting services will be available during class for MD/AZ** ----- Day 1 and 2 Classroom Portion from 5pm-9pm Location: **Confirmed location provided after class sign-up** Columbia, MD Day 3 Shooting Range starting at 9am Guntry Club 10705 Red Run Boulevard, Owings Mills, MD, USA ----- Curriculum Summary The course is a complete guide to understanding conflict avoidance and situational awareness; home security and home defense; handgun basics; shooting fundamentals; the physiology of violent encounters; the legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath); and a complete guide on gear, gadgets, and ongoing training. This approved Concealed Carry Permit class will accomplish the proper training to obtain permits for MD, VA, FL, DC, PA and AZ and conceal carry in 38+ states which includes instruction on state firearm law, home firearm safety, handgun mechanisms and operation, and a component that requires the applicant to demonstrate gun safety and proficiency with a minimum score of 70% accuracy. **Shooting portion will be scheduled with the instructor after completion of the classroom instruction** All applicants must shoot a course of at least 50 rounds, from no further than 15 yards and score at least 70% accuracy. **Additional $40 range fee will be collected the day of the scheduled range. We will provide a firearm for the range qualification**
